Tiny Pray-er

Tiny Pray-er

Sometimes great shots just jump up and beg to be captured. I saw this young man at a prayer meeting in Washington, D.C. The image was made with a Canon 20D and a Canon 100mm macro lens. ISO was 200, with an aperature of 5.6 and an exposure time of 1/500.

It always moves my heart so much to see little guys at the LIFE silent sieges. There’s something so powerful about kids gathering to pray for the deliverance of babies…

    Psalms 8:2 – it’s a beautiful thing.

Hi Expansionist. Glad to have you here! This image was made at a pro-life rally called The Mercy Seat. You can read about the event on my other blog at http://dorean.wordpress.com/2008/05/05/the-mercy-seat-2008/. The image is of a little boy (about age 4) praying outside the Supreme Court Building in Washington, D.C.
